Sign up for a free CareerSchoolApp account. You will use this account to complete applications, track your status, and communicate with schools.

Complete Your Application

Our application walks you through 9 sections: personal info, demographics, program selection, education, employment, financial aid, background, health, and e-signature. Your progress is auto-saved so you can return anytime.

Pay the Application Fee

Some programs require an application fee (typically $0-$100). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Programs with no fee let you apply for free.

Submit & Track

After submitting, track your application status in your dashboard. You will receive email notifications as your status changes. Most schools respond within 5-7 business days.

Book an Admissions Call (Optional)

Many schools offer free one-on-one video calls with admissions advisors through our Video Chat feature. Get your questions answered before or after you apply.

Tips for a Successful Application
  • Have your high school diploma or GED information ready before starting.
  • Complete your FAFSA early if you plan to apply for financial aid.
  • Upload documents in PDF or JPG format for fastest processing.
  • Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID.
  • Save your work as you go. The application auto-saves every change.
